Submission of a reseller application does not guarantee approval. SCUSA Stripper Clips USA LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
Dealer Registration Requirements
To be considered for a reseller account, applicants must complete all of the following:

Reseller Account Registration
Applicants must register for a reseller account through our website.
New accounts may be created byfilling out the form at the bottom of this page↓.All information provided during registration must be accurate and current.

Resale Certificate Submission
A valid, signed Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate issued by the applicant’s state must be submitted for review.-
The certificate must list SCUSA Stripper Clips USA LLC as the seller.

All purchaser and seller sections must be completed in accordance with the issuing state’s requirements.

Resale certificates must be emailed to reseller@scusadealer.com or uploaded in the form.

Review and verification times may vary and are not guaranteed. Most submissions are processed within one business day.

Payment Terms
All reseller orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase by approved credit or debit card.
SCUSA Stripper Clips USA LLC does not extend credit terms to new reseller accounts.

Approval & Ongoing Compliance
Reseller accounts are subject to ongoing compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. SCUSA Stripper Clips USA LLC reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate reseller accounts for failure to maintain compliance or provide valid resale documentation.
Upon approval, applicants will receive an email notification confirming that their reseller account has been activated and authorized to place orders through the SCUSA reseller store.
